Fibromyalgia Chronic Fatigue Syndrome – A 25 Year Battle Before Moringa

It started with a bad case of the flu. Throughout the rest of that year I visited the clinic because of sleep marathons and strange body aches and each time I was told I had the flu. People just don’t get the flu 5 times in one year. That was in 1986. When I started needing a nap every day I thought it was allergies, the doctor laughed and told me I was a bored housewife. Other symptoms cropped up, a spastic colon and inflamed bowel. Diagnostic tests of upper and lower GI’s failed to find any underlying medical issues.

In 1991, I had a strange feeling in my hands. Within 4 days every joint in my body had stiffened and swelled, I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis. Essentially I was disabled for the next two weeks, unable to stand without support, unable to open my hands, and too exhausted to think. It took about 6 months to return to a regular level of health. Muscle and joint pain continued to be a frequent problem. When the RH factor did not show in a blood test I was diagnosed with disrupted sleep patterns and treated with Ambien.

Between 1997 and 1998 I lost two jobs because of problems with memory, and the inability to properly react in a situation involving clients. In 1999, I was physically exhausted and in pain, for a time I had to forgo cooking at the stove because I would get distracted and walk away letting pots boil dry. It was when a pan of oil caught fire that I decided to stick to the microwave for a time. One day I even walked out of a store to find that I had left my keys in the car with the motor running. Another visit to a doctor finally gave me a diagnosis of Fibromyalgia Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.

Of course a diagnoses doesn’t end the problem, it merely gives you the information to help you cope. Once I knew what the problem was I was able to get more information and find ways to better live with the disease. As I became more educated I was able to keep better control of my symptoms. Regular exercise in the form of dancing and walking kept my body in fairly good conditioning. A good diet avoiding fried foods and excess sweets made a big difference. I noticed the increased pain if I indulged is some foods like chocolate ice cream. Keeping hydrated and avoiding stressful situations is also key in controlling the symptoms. However, we can’t always stay in control of our lives. Stress happens and Fibromyalgia Chronic Fatigue` Syndrome can often go into a downward spiral; I was fighting that downward spiral when I found Moringa.

I received an e-mail from a friend telling me to look up Moringa, and the Miracle Tree on line. There was a wealth of information about the amazing tree, its nutritional benefits, and the promising research into its medicinal properties. This plant is said to have properties that inhibit the growth of cancer cells, provide unsurpassed nutrition, are high in antioxidants, speed healing, and can have positive effects on over 300 medical conditions. When my friend stopped by a few days later she brought me a packet of promotional information, and told me about another friend of hers who also suffers from fibromyalgia. The woman had been using the products developed from the Moringa plant and within a month had been able to stop using her cane for the first time in 10 years. In addition to getting relief from the fibromyalgia symptoms, she lost weight, and saw improvement in her glucose levels from diabetes. After hearing that astonishing news and impressed by what I had read on line I decided to go ahead and try the product myself. I don’t believe I have ever made a better decision. Within a week I saw and felt improvement in my concentration, memory, and skin. I was able to sit down and read a book for the first time in a year. My hands which were chapped from the dry winter weather were now well hydrated and healing.

I have continue to take Moringa over the last 4 months and seen an improvement in my moods, my energy levels, my hair, and complexion. I am not cured, I never will be; however the downward spiral of poor health was halted and I am now working my way back to a higher level of well-being with the help of this remarkable product. I plan on continuing the Moringa Daily Nutrients and I am sure my symptoms will continue to lessen as time goes by, hopefully to complete remission.

If you suffer from Fibromyalgia or Chronic Fatigue Syndrome I suggest that you try the practices that gave me relief.

· Healthy diet

· Avoid fried foods and frequent sweets

· Active lifestyle

· A Regular schedule with consistent bed and waking times

· Keep well hydrated

· Avoid Stress

· Try Moringa

However in this article you will find some tips that will go a long way to your cause just as long as you don’t expect these changes to happen to you overnight, it will take time and hard work but it will give you the results but time is also an essential part of that equation. So without further ado let’s get into some tips that will help you add at least an inch to your current height.

The first thing that you want to be able to do to achieve your growth is to increase the production of Human Growth Hormone (HGH) that your body will normally produce. You MUST AVOID falling into the trap of buying pills that say they can increase your HGH because they are pure rubbish! If you really want to boost the production then you can actually do this naturally through the proper exercises and stretches that target your body correctly! Nutrition is also something that you need to aim to sort out too as it too can boost the production of this hormone, a good nutrition and exercise plan combined can push your HGH into overdrive therefore enabling your body to be ready for growth and recovery which is exactly where you want it to be.

When it comes to the exercises that you want to look for kicking is a great one to start off with. Kicking will help lengthen the legs a little to give you a bit of extra height, the same goes for running too.

There are sports which you can go through as well such as cycling, basketball and swimming, each of those 3 having different effects on different areas of the body to help you grow taller quickly but all giving some great benefits.

For example with swimming you are helping your spine as you are relieving the pressure that it has to go through during the day by being in the water and therefore helping correct your posture which is something that you want to look into when increasing your height.

The next part mentioned is the nutritional plan that you will want to follow. Your food intake is essential to the growth that you are seeking, foods such as vitamins, minerals, milk and vegetables are the basic that you should start with and most of you will know that protein is an essential building block that you will need as well!

Just by following these tips you can simply grow taller quickly in just a matter of months or maybe even weeks. It all depends on how much effort that you put in, the more effort you put in, the bigger results that you will reap!

Fighting Dry Penis Skin During the Winter

Keeping the skin healthy during winter weather can be a challenge all over the body, and some men find themselves with dry male penis skin during the cold season – not an attractive feature for a man to display, especially when introducing his manhood to a new partner. Every guy wants his member to look its most impressive, no matter what the season. Making dry penis skin care a component of his regular penis health routine is advisable, especially during the frigid winter months when a man really enjoys getting his penis warmed up.

Winter factors

Why does the skin tend to get dry during winter? Largely because the air itself is dryer and saps some of the moisture out of the skin. Frigid winds also exacerbate this situation. Exposed skin is clearly more at risk here, but some winter winds break right through fabric and affect the “protected” areas as well.

Tips regarding dry penis skin

There are several things a man needs to do to prevent or treat dry penis skin. Some of these are specific to the penis itself while others are more general and help protect skin all over the body.

Some tips that a man should follow during the winter include:

– Don’t go commando. Many men enjoy an “unfurnished basement,” meaning that they tend to forego wearing underwear. The free swinging movement can be a relief, but in winter especially it can create skin issues. The penis is left more vulnerable to cold and winds without an extra layer of protection; in addition, rubbing up against rougher fabrics like denim or wool can cause more irritation to the skin, adding discomfort to dryness.

– Drink up – if it’s water. Staying properly hydrated is key for good skin health, including the skin of the penis. The body needs plenty of water for many reasons, including skin health; 6-8 glasses is recommended for most adults. A man knows he has consumed sufficient water if his urine is consistently a pale yellow. Plain water is the best fluid option; some juices are fine, especially non-cloudy ones, but alcoholic and caffeinated beverages can have a dehydrating effect and so should be avoided.

– Watch the sugars. Sugary foods and drinks tend to have a negative effect on skin health, so consume these in moderation. Excess sugar also can accumulate in the urine and stray drops drying near the head of the penis can irritate the skin.

– Avoid hot showers. When the winter is raging outside, a long, hot shower feels great. Unfortunately, hot water depletes the skin of the oils it needs to keep moist. A warm shower is fine, but when the heat factor goes up, so does the dry penis skin factor.

– Use lubricant. Sex, whether partner-based or solo, is generally more enjoyable when there is sufficient lubrication. Often a couple finds their natural lubrication is sufficient; however, if it is not, the friction resulting from an especially enjoyable sexual interlude can compound member skin issues. Adding a few drops can be a fine preventive measure to keep the manhood healthy.

– Moisturize. Practice daily health maintenance. It’s very important that a man keeps a consistent eye on his penis health, whether it’s winter or summer. Dry penis skin and other problems can be avoided or aided by using a first class penis health creme (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil). With skin issues, using a crème that includes Shea butter (a natural emollient favored by many experts) and vitamin E (an excellent hydrating agent) helps to create a moisture seal that locks in moisture, addressing cracked or dry penis skin. It’s also beneficial to select a crème with vitamin B5, which promotes healthy penis cell metabolism and, therefore, healthy manhood cells.
